A walk in the park

Taking a wander around Strathclyde Country Park, decided to have a tinker with some HDR software - took three exposures, converted to black & white.

I'm not really a big fan of HDR - most images I see of that genre tend to look overcooked IMHO Smiley - but this shot works very well for me. The footpath draws you into the photo, and as Odille says, it has a good tonal range. Nice shot.

I like the mix of ominous cloud with the believable trail of light around the next bend.
It makes you wonder what is there (though probably a car park!)
