OK, come clean now.
SOmeone has nicked the ratings. Who has them. Just leave them in a box at the front door and no questions will be asked.

Seriously though, the image star ratings have mysteriously vanished.
Odille (Analogue6) was the last one seen hanging around looking suspicious, but she is in the clear. Phew!
I have unpublished and republished, to no avail and currently have a suport request in with the developer (I also raised the 'Pixel fairy' issue too, but that one has been quiet for a few days now)

I could replace the gallery with an all singing and dancing standalone version, but we would have all comments attached to the gallery, with no means of posts being automatically generated - which seems to be a popular feature.
I'll await a response from developer dude, then we'll put it to a poll. I have been expermenting with phpBB3 and Joomla linked together, as mentioned couple of weekas ago. I have a site up which links to phpBB and to a G2 gallery. But the gallery login won't play nice with the site and forum. I'll keep on it. In the meantime, this type of site that relies on server-side scripts running are never perfect.
I'll attempt to get it sorted ASAP.

How emarrassment!
I need rest. I am afraid, I, yes moi am at fault.
I knew you could swith ratings on or off....but did not notice that it can be set by individual gallery. The is a little check box marked "disable ratings" that seems to have checked itself, or maybe I did accidentally.
There are too many little buttons to push.  Roll Eyes

Thank's Odille, and a big welcome home to Ross and Cher!

I hope the trip was enjoyable and photographically fruitful, no doubt the server will soon be groaning under the weight of a few new pixels!
