Dusk above the clouds

Tenerife. 2 km above sea level.  Taken on the road from Mt Teide down to Puerto de la Cruz on the coast.

Lovely, I really like the way you have captured the soft tones.  Well done.

Shame about the artifact from the compression. Were you using a tripod ? I feel that the horizon not quite straight ? but that might just be me ?
Other than that the colour tone is really nice !

Time is like a freeway of infinite lanes, all leading from the past to the future. A driver in lane A may crash, while a driver in lane B survives, it follows that by changing lanes one may be able to predict the future.

Been there myself, lovely part of the World, or should that be Moon?  Wink

I love the colours in this image but the horizon needs straightening.

Thanks to all for the feedback and I accept the critique, Tim N and Dale, about the horizon.
I'm not sure what is meant by "shame about the artifact from the compression", please explain.
No I didn't use a tripod.
