I do understand your concerns this is why i suggested that i would like to meet your mum and dad first and that one or both come along with you, not forgeting also that oli is also invited and i believe that you know him already

Dont worry Chelsea, it is quite common for photographers to meet up and spend a morning / afternoon / day etc taking photos in a certain location. It is a good learning experience as people "see" things differently and it can be good to learn different techniques.

Either way if you look at Bob's post he did say that your parents would be quite welcome to come along too as well as Oli.

Yes, Chelsea, we do it all the time.  I went on a meetup just last weekend.  Make sure your parents meet the person too and all will be well.  It is one of the best ways to pick up new tips and techniques because it is immediate - you have a question, it gets answered, you try it a new way.  Very beneficial.

Chelsea there is no need to apologise as i for one am glad that you are sensible enough to know not too meet a strainer just because you have a commen intrest. so i will now leave the meet up in your hands that is me you oli. I'm available most sundays, this is my preferred day for a meet. As has been noted here you have a very vivid imagination so why not enter this months challenge the subject is RED so anything of that colour is good. I look forward to seeing your entries

OK Oli now i know how you know Chelsea, my offer of a meat up still stands i think it would be great to meet up and talk pictures and take some as well, there are some great places around Torquay,Paignton and Teignmouth. a work colleague fishes the back beach at Teignmouth and has told me of the spectacular sunsets from there. As you will know from some of my pictures on here i am a regular visitor to that area.so i will now leave it up to you and Chelsea to contact me if you want a meet up
