My image Old Jetty Remains, Kinloch was has been featured in 3 different groups on RedBubble yesterday (21 June 2011).  A Love of Canon, Nature and Man and Live, Love, Dream.

I was pretty pleased with this!  And it's now been viewed 269 times and has 72 comments and 27 favourites.

And I have had another feature for that one and 3 in one day for this image.  I'm definitely buying a lottery ticket today.

Oli, you can get similar beautiful light in the Lake district or in Scotland.  You just need somewhere that gets (a) cold mornings and (b) has some altitude.  Go to it.  Can I suggest you might consider joining RedBubble, lots of Brits on it and you might get some good inspirational ideas for shooting locations.
