and sold a framed print.

My image Blue Dawn

won the Reader’s Image of the Month in the May edition of Better Digital Camera (Australian & just out, it’s a quarterly).  I’ve won a very nice prize of 10×10 inch EX book from Asukabook (valued at over $300.00).

And I have sold a 16.00″ x 10.38″ print of

in a 22″ x 16.38″ frame on my “Fine Art America” webpage. It was bought by someone in Texas and they liked it enough to pay $85 plus postage (I get $20 of that). The site works like RedBubble and arrange all the framing and so on and do all the work for you, it's very convenient. Plus if I had it processed here imagine what postage to north america for a framed print would be!!

I think I'll go and have a lottery ticket! And buy an extra copy of the magazine, my subscribed copy hasn't arrived yet, dying to see it!

I need a weight to get me down off the ceiling!

Well done Odille!

It helps the photographic self-esteem no-end on both counts. The magazine recognition alone is outstanding, and being paid in the other instance is very nice too. Well done and beautiful images.

Fantastic news ! Well done + well deserved !

I was lucky enough to watch Odille playing with this shot in photoshop and the time and effort and skill she put in was enormous !

Time is like a freeway of infinite lanes, all leading from the past to the future. A driver in lane A may crash, while a driver in lane B survives, it follows that by changing lanes one may be able to predict the future.
