I have resumed my weight loss/healthy lifestyle and have been going for a walk again.  I take the Lumix with me over my shoulder and yesterday saw this very festive Grevillea  Superb

The October rain knocked a lot of our avocado flowers off so 'old faithful' tree does not have as much fruit as usual.
