I find myself singing as I look at your images! Nice renditions for them both Ross, especially the interpretations. Can't wait to see how your theme evolves!

"You spin me right round" could be a good one

Time is like a freeway of infinite lanes, all leading from the past to the future. A driver in lane A may crash, while a driver in lane B survives, it follows that by changing lanes one may be able to predict the future.

Two great shots. But would like to point out rule 4 just because someone has posted a theme doesn't mean that you can't use it, still post yours. Can't wait to see what you come up with for ring of fire by Johny cash

Like your shots. Especially the fire, as I have not had any luck with fire yet.

#3 Dark side of the moon - Pink Floyd dark side by ross and cher, on Flickr Not as bright as I'd like due to a thin layer of cloud (but not likely to get another chance if the weather forecast is right!), and technically there is no song Darkside of the moon lyrics - just the album title, but I'm behind and hoping Bob wasn't a Floyd Fan!!! Eclipse (the final track) THere is no dark side of the moon really, as a matter of fact... its all dark!

Yes there is - Eclipse (Waters) 2:04 (below). And you should see the video version of this on the Pulse DVD, it is absolutely brilliant - we were watching it the toher night - it is all clips of world leaders and they are So well matched to the lyrics - it's both funny and sad! And on Pulse there is a chorus singing "I'll see you on the dark side of the moon" while the special effects shows a simulated eclipse.
All that you touch And all that you see All that you taste All you feel And all that you love And all that you hate All you Distrust All you save And all that you give And all that you deal And all that you buy beg, borrow or steal And all you create And all you destroy And all that you do And all that you say And all that you eat And everyone you meet And all that you slight And everyone you fight And all that is now And all that is gone And all that's to come And everything under the sun is in tune but the sun is eclipsed by the moon.
"There is no dark side of the moon really. Matter of fact it's all dark."

Can visualise Carmen Miranda sitting in the crescent singing away with a fruiit and floral hapt...." would you like to swing on a star"? Very apt and nicely positioned in the frame Ross

U2 also have a lyric "and the sun is sometimes eclipsed by a moon" so it could also fit

All 3 are gorgeous Ross. Sun Arise is simply beautiful, with muted signs of dawn on the land, and a sky which defies description - majestic maybe? I love Honey Honey too because it shows the comic genius within you ;

Interesting isn't it? Time going by. I often pass a forest and think of all the native fauna and flora, and how we miss so much beauty as time goes by. Special concept Ross. Very well executed.
