We went to a concert of Spanish medieval music at the University tonight.  Here a picture of the entrance to the main building.  I took 3 shots which I stitched together using PS.  I take very few night shots.  I think this one is reasonable.

Very nice Christoph, exposures look spot on and I like the green lighting in the foyer of the building.  It looks very gothic!

What a celebration of architecture in its' finest form as well. Lovely photograph Christoph. I'm toying with the notion that there's room to rotate the image a degree or so to the right, without compromising the shot. Mind you, then you might lose a portion of the windows to the right....hmmm.What do you think?
What settings on the camera did you use?

Time is like a freeway of infinite lanes, all leading from the past to the future. A driver in lane A may crash, while a driver in lane B survives, it follows that by changing lanes one may be able to predict the future.

ooops, I didn't see that it is leaning to the left, you are right.  Done, see below.

I am embarrassed to admit that I used the auto setting.  3 pictures, 3 different settings, top to bottom: 0.125s, f/3.5 - 0.067s,f/4.0 - 0.050s, f/4.8.

Thanks, Tim.  However, I can't claim the laurels.  I am lazy and don't do the stitching by hand.  Photoshop (I've got CS3) does a great job for me.

And don't be embarrassed!! I often use Auto if I am unsure of what best settings to use and don't have time to mess around and get it right  Smiley

I definitely think the impact is greater with the rotated image. Good work Christoph. A lovely memento of a special evening for you.
