Amongst the pictures taken at the dragon boat races, this one struck me because i don't remember it being taken nor do i recognise any one in the picture and the man in the grey suit has no head and only half a body so can you explain. It has not been photoshoped it is posted as taken

The man in the grey suit has the jacket over his shoulder and he is talking to the person next to him and you can only see the back of his head, so it looks like a headless body but actually isnt !
You can see the very tip of his elbow sticking out from behind the jacket too.
