Sheesh, so sorry!
 I upgraded database admin passwords which afffected a number of websites.
I couldn't work out why this site was failing to connect to the DB, nor could i obviously get to it to let everyone know of my problem.
Sitting here wracking my brain, it dawned on me that when I set up a new DB user name that it may have been used elsewhere with a different pw, well there you have it...this site. Upate pw and back live again. I just insist on doing it to myself and you all.
If anyone is still out there...sorry.
