Three weeks ago i sent off through the internet for some printing paper amongst my order was a trial pack (5 sheets) of magnetic paper, however when it arrived i had 5 packs of 10 sheets. So i contacked the supplier and asked them to check my order as it had arrive incorrect, they say that order was dispatched correctly and have even emailed me a copy of my order and a copy of my invoice and their picking list they don't match but they say that they do. they are full of apologies and have even sent me a free gift for all the inconvenience that they have coursed. This has been going on for 3 weeks now So do i now keep quiet and keep their gift and the paper or do i send the paper back. What do you think

You have done the right thing and notified them, I'd say you are OK to keep it.  But if you feel wrong doing so then send it back.

Hi Bob,
You can only try to do the right thing. You have been twice rewarded for your genuine efforts in doing so.
If you enjoy the product, recommend it and the company will benfit from additional sales.

I dont know if you remember my dilema a while ago when I got sent the wrong lens (IS model instead of non-IS) which would have cost the company in the region of 3 or 4 hundred pounds. When I notified them it was the same thing ... we havent made a mistake so dont worry about it !!!
I would say you have done the right thing notifying the company and their response indicates that you should keep what was sent !
You will be using them again I would say ... (by the way ... what company was it Smiley)

Time is like a freeway of infinite lanes, all leading from the past to the future. A driver in lane A may crash, while a driver in lane B survives, it follows that by changing lanes one may be able to predict the future.

Yes, put their name up Bob, it may get them some business.  Obviously they look after their customers so you can return the favour by telling people how good they are.
