Hello...Why are most "Point and Shoot" Digital Camera's made without a viewfinder?? I can't use the screen for taking images.

The reason is that most people want lightness, small size and portability.  Viewfinders take space and cost more.  It is very frustrating, but even those with viewfinders (I have the Panasonic Lumix FZ35) have such a poor quality one (the bottom of an old Coke bottle would be clearer) that you give up and use the damned screen!  Practise, practise, practise!
