As promised, a little update on the Presentation Dinner for camera club that took place last night. If I'm honest, I'm a little overwhelmed, I never expected to have the night go as well as it did. I ended up with 3 other trophies as well as the championship, I got Best Print Quaich, Best Digital Image Quaich entered in a competition and the John Craig Memorial Trophy for Best Digital image overall, making club history along the way as nobody has ever taken all four in the 26 years of club existence. All trophies come with a certificate and medal to keep as the trophies go back to club at the end of the year. I will take some pics of the trophies when I get a minute for you to see.

Thanks to everybody that has commented on my work here, the constructive crit I have received has been an enormous help in me being able to improve my processing and images.

Thanks.

Have always believed in the beauty and artistry of your works Dale. Oh how I would have loved to shared the excitement of the night. Nic must have needed that box of tissues for sure!

Heartfelt congratulations - I know how you've always striven for excellence and are constantly trying to seek ways to improve. My intuition tells me though, that if you maintain the love of the craft and continue to seek beauty in all you see, then these accolades will continue ever onwards, everlong Smiley Your camera is the instrument. You're the star.
