Some you may have heard of the recent trend for brides looking for a more 'edgy' photo-journalistic wedding image style to "trash the dress" during the after ceremony shoot.
Here is link to an article from the New York daily new on 20th April 2008, where the phonomenon is featured.
New Orleans photographer Mark Eric, who claims to have started the trend, has also set up a website at www.trashthedress.com where you can view some examples of brides, worth a look.

Thanks for the link, wedding photography isn't quite my thing...I've actually photographed a wedding for friends of mine...but who knows where you can find inspiration!

I've visited the wedding pictures of brides, and I really love to look at the pictures, they seem so beautiful to me. I've not really a fan for that kind of pictorial, but as I look at them, I really appreciate the art. It is a kind of an elegant work.
