Hi guys,

I was going through all my family photos I have on my computer (there are loads and loads and loads!!) and it got me thinking...  I remember as a child (I'm 29 now  Wink ) our family having quite a number of photo albums of things ranging from birthdays, holidays, weddings etc.. All those memories all had to printed if you wanted to see them and brought together ina photo album.

Fast forward a good few years and we are now in the Digital Photo era.. where one can view a photo on a phone, laptop/pc, i-pod etc.  I think more and more people aren't printing their photos anymore, or as much as they should (myself included!) and we may lose the sense of "great memories" that a simple photo album can bring!!

I just want to know how you all feel about this??  Am I the only one on here that has got lazy with "normal" photo printing??  Smiley

I think previously people had the prints as they were the only way to see what you had got.  I do not have old albums, I always shot transparencies.  So I don't think we've got lazy, I think in the film days you had prints because you had to.  Now we only print what is outstanding.  The technology is available if we still wan to have albums, and print booths are now far cheaper than prints were in film days.
