The Sydney- based Head On portrait competition has gained significant momentum over the last few years.
The 2010 call for entries was released to day (Feb 9th) and is open to all photographers (local and international) with a prize pool of AUD$40,000. Prizes will be awarded the best 3 entries, along with a 'Critics' Award' and a 'Peoples' Choice Award'
Entries close march 22.
The inaugural Photo festival will run from April 29 to June 5 and involve galleries, public spaces, restaurants and cafes across Sydney.
