I see you haven't done an intro - do tell us a bit about yourself.  The owl shot id great, I'd certainly like to know your background and where you are too.

HI Odille
Thanks for the warm welcome. My name is Ákos (pronounced as Arkosh) and I live near Penrith, NSW. I love bird (especially) and nature photography. In particular, I admire raptors and owls. Though all birds are pretty and fascinate me. I was not always into birds; I got into photography through my passion for scuba diving in the mid-90s. You can check some stuff about me on my web pages at www.amatteroflight.com I have been seriously into bird photography for about three and a half years.

This looks like a friendly place.

Cheers
Ákos

Very nice web site, Akos.  Can I ask what program you used to do that.  I need to do a proper home page (mine is through my stock agency at the moment) and I like the layout.

I love your cats, we are the 6 cat family now.  I don't recognise a couple of yours from Cat World forum, do I?  I am analog6 on there too (on all the forums I am on, actually, except my Solar Eclipse Mail List)

What equipment do you use?

Hi Odille
Thank you. The main pages I create with Dreamweaver and no, I cannot write code, it has a number of ways to do it including the way for dummies like me so I can just create a site from a template then modify colors and frames etc.... For the gallery part I use Gallery 2 that you can find at http://gallery.menalto.com/

I am registered as ILuvKatz there I think, but forgot my details. Sad

Removed Jenn,

Sooooooo many fake registrations at the moment, I removed about 40 this morning, that were waiting for approval.
I now scan through once a week and just remove everything that either looks dodgy or has been up more than a week or so without an initial 'hello' post.

With all things considered in your already hectic lifestyle and time frame Mark, I appreciate your vigilance.

It was spiralling way out of control.

For those of us who believe in LAF and the Mission behind it, we say a hearty thank you.
