"Here's Lookin' at You Kiddo"

« on: December 03, 2009, 02:13:34 PM »

Whilst many of us are non subscribers to the commercialism of this festive season, nor party to the religious tenets, it's a fitting time and place here to pause, give thanks for friendship and hands across the miles.
To all, may this time be filled with much joy and laughter. May your days be bright and surrounded by those you love.
May I personally take this opportunity, before the chaos of Christmas descends, to say thank you to everyone who has participated in LAF, providing me personally with a special connection with sharing in an Art form which I have found to be wondrous and rewarding in so many ways.
To the friendships formed, to the ones to come, may I extend my warmest wishes for a safe, healthy and happy Christmas.

I heartily concur.  The commercialism leaves me cold but I do like the happiness that goes with it, and the fairy lights and decorations.  They are pretty!
