Well following in Odille's footsteps I (we) have spent up BIG time ... following the contract (not quite settled yet) on our Gold Coast house we have gone and spent even MORE on a new (OLD) house here in Wynnum !!!

Its a renovator and needs some serious TLC but its a nice big family home and we are looking forward to the challenge ! Rest assured there will be LOTS of before, during and after pictures of the renovations !

Og, how exciting, and in such a nice area.  Old houses have lots more character, can't wait to see some pics.

The first job is to make it water tight the second is to get the kitchen done third the bathroom/toilet, forth the bedroom,if you follow this plan you will have somewere to eat, somewere to keep yourself clean and somewere to sleep after a hard day's work all of it nice and dry the rest of the house in any order you like good luck with it all

We are running with something like this Bob Smiley ... It is watertight and the kitchen is already done, SO we are actually starting on the bathroom, which we are going to totally re-do, plus if possible put in an ensuite, at the same time we are going to be looking at putting in ducted Air-Con (a MUST in QLD) and hopefully in the not too distant future (next year sometime) a nice big deck with big bi-fold doors leading out from the living area. In amongst all that we need to give the place a bit of a splash of paint as well !! At least we have a swimming pool to cool down in Smiley
