Nice shot but personal opinion would like to see baby about shoulder height so both are in tight crop.
however baby looking up at dad works well

Did you get your flash or is there a bit of time spent in photoshop with this one ??

It wasn't a planned shot, he just happened to be sitting there.  There was a horrible background to Tim, so, no flash as yet, so I removed the background and photoshop-ed my own kinda high-key look which works a lot better than the original background! :
