My daughter Candice.

Now, I'm not much of a portrait photographer but thought I would try a sort of high key type of image.
Then got carried away in PS and mucked around with layer styles, blend modes, vignettes and some layer masks for good measure. And I actually shot a jpeg for once.

Thanks Tommy and Carmy. Me and portraits don't normally go together that well but it is something I would like to get better at. Myself, I thought it came up ok but I'm probably a bit bias so I put it here to see what more experienced portrait photographers thought.

Ozzi, I like this image, your angle and her look suit it perfectly. The image background seems to have been the point of focus as it is the sharpest part leaving her face a little on the soft side. I think your off to a good start here, keep them coming.
