Nice shot for the family album, maybe a little to much flash though, should be able to tone the bright parts down with a bit of careful PP. Is that a microphone that the priest is wearing on his ear.

Tough conditions tho, priest in his white gown, some dark suits / dresses, plus some colour ... you have done pretty well under the circumstances !!
