My daughter and I put together a 150 shot project centered around places my late father loved to visit in his youth and later in life .
The red chair is a symbol of himself

Nicely done.
Usually not the biggest fan of selective desaturation but these work well as the red chair is so subtle within the context.

I think it is fair to say that you have achieved your goal here. A very well conceived concept, more so with the inherent depth of meaning for your family.
I believe you would have some success in getting an inner city Sydney gallery to show this series.
