Looks like the results are in from the polls which Ross set up ...
For voting final results were ...........

Yes -each has 5/4/3/2/1 vote                                         4 (50%)
Yes each has one 5 one 4 and one 3 star vote                   3 (37.5%)
Yes Other (Please describe)                                            0 (0%)
No - let each member determine how they want to vote      1 (12.5%)

Total Voters: 8
So it looks like everyone is going to have 5 votes, from a 5 star down to a 1 star ... need to talk to admin dude about making voting easier as well, not leaving a comment just a star value.

AND ... the final results for the number of entries each member can submit for competitions are as follows .......

Yes - 3        4 (57.1%)
Yes - 5        1 (14.3%)
No               2 (28.6%)

It is a shame we only had such a limited number of responses. BUT ... please limit your entries into competitions to 3 pictures.

Hello, back from our tours again. So sorry for the delay in getting this month's comp underway.
Being a democratic little group, those that voted have provided an alternative that is fine with me. So:

Voting up to five votes of 5 , 4 , 3 , 2, 1 stars in order of preference and up to 3 images per comp may be submitted.

I will need to investigate the ability to remove the requirement for a comment to be made to enable voting.

Apologies - two less votes as we were called away on family matters - 1850 klms in 5 days and feeling old! Glad that we now have some direction going forward!!!
