HO YES GOT IT that's a shout.Followed advice from all, but Odill's was top flashlight on the sign at night worked a treat.
I went for overkill taking around 400 pictures but only presenting Paul with 20 to choose from he's the owner
Now i have to wait for head chief Stewart to create his new menu then he makes the dish,and according to him all i have to do is photograph it, dish by dish ONCE AGAIN THANKS ALL

Boss has now launched his new web site check it out at www.fresha.org all the photos are mine plus 2000 leaflets and 6 3ft x 4ft posters at the cafe also more updates to follow as and when required

Well done!  What a feather in your cap.  You should be very proud of yourself.

It looks really nice, I like the way they have placed the shots with a shading edge on each page.  The food all looks scrumptious.

It's been great to follow your journey to this point Bob and I am sure you all must be delighted with the results.
Agree with Odille on the shading for each image and I also like the way the menu buttons are chopping cleavers that lift up as you navigate the site< clever>.Well done.

Once again THANK'S to all for all the good advice. In mid October i start shooting the Christmas menu ready for publication on 1st December so watch this space.
So here comes a question for you' as he is only paying for the photos that he uses am i entitled to sell on the open market any or all of the rest that i have taken using his products?

I would say the answer is yes.  Your photography is on a freelance basis so you own the copyright on all images.  The ones you sell to him are effectively licensed to thins but the rest are open slather.
