Well, I can see we are drowning in submissions for this month's theme challenge.
Simple, yet too challenging. Come on guys, a few bits of fancy fruit - perhaps a pomegranite, of a lichee or two on an old wooden bowl , light by the last rays of the sun, or a flickering candle against a stone wall.
It is a classic still life, and might take an hour so to set up. But so far no takers. Even the hard core team have hidden under the bed.

Do not despair i have an idea but it will take a little time to put together. i start getting the first of my ingredients together Friday.so could start shooting Saturday or sunday. Mark i think the slow responce is because all of us members were under the impresion that the winner chose the next challenge this i had allready done. when you posted this challenge, so confusion rained and several members posted the question which challenge we are to enter but no responce until this dig from you

Well admin dude, it is because we all thought it was bigbob's pick as March winner and he nominated a built structure mid April so we were working towards that.  Then out of the blue popped this topic.

It is now out of season for fruit, this would have been far better as a summer topic.  However, it may suit our northern hemisphere members, although probably a bit early for them.

Sorry for the confusion.
I either missed or passed over Bob's suggestion, my apology, Bob.
Not to worry though, I am sure we can manage a respnse and I'll get Bob's "Built structure" suggestion up for June.
Now Odille, my local shop and market has plenty of fruit of many kinds, the passing of the seasons does still offer up a few choices.
