This is a good one Bob, I think that the branch at the top right adds to the photo as otherwise it would have been bland sky, and it partially frames the rest of the shot.

I like this shot to. I agree with Tim with the branch, but also think the sky is a bit bright for a B&W image.
If the sky was darker and had more detail in the clouds it would make the image more appealing.
Some contrast on the foreground may help to.
