This morning I head out to cover one of the local parades. Before the parade started, one of the events was a cow pie throwing contest. Interesting enough for those who choose to throw cow poop. They do paint them nice day glow colors. So anyways, the 4th contestant shanked his throw towards me. Missed me by roughly 7 inches.

Laughing too much to see the keyboard to respond !
OMG and I thought Gumboot Tossing was left of centre field!
Have to ask. Was the gentleman in the striped shirt an 'official'? He seemed intent and very focussed on the task at hand.
Reminds me of the ancient Chinese proverb " Man in floral shirt, reaps what he sews< sows>.......Hoo Flung Dung 1426"

Thanks for the levity. Let's see the parade now please Smiley

Time is like a freeway of infinite lanes, all leading from the past to the future. A driver in lane A may crash, while a driver in lane B survives, it follows that by changing lanes one may be able to predict the future.

He was a competitor. The woman in orange behind them is the mayor of the town. She also competed.
