As the bridge worked in b/w i thought i would give this one a try. had to crop left side off and lighten a little

That's come up very nicely, I think I like it better than the coloured original.

Nice image Bob, this looks good in B & W, it suits the era of the building.
The only small thing that may need adjusting is the front left of the building, Its a bit blown out in the highlight area, if you can, a curves adjustment may tone it down a little.
