Petronas Twin Towers

Petronas Twin Towers. Monument to the domination of man over the environment isn't that what science is all about? Also the home of many companies involved in scientific research such as IBM, Microsoft and Boeing.

Nice image, well caught.  Welcome to the forum, too.

Whereabouts are these, I know I've read about them but cannot for the life of me remember what city they are in.

I think that they are in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and were the world's tallest for a while.

Yes they are in Kuala Lumpur and opened in 1998. Being the tallest skyscraper at the time they have now been beaten by quite a few others. But the towers are very photogenic and have also appeared in quite a few movies.

Its a cool looking building, although a couple more walkways between the 2 would be handy.
Nice shot though.
