Odille posted one from the other side of the harbour earlier tonight and it reminded of this old slide from about 1998.
The cloud was there. The skyline has changed quite a lot again since.

I love those surreal colours you get in the night sky.  Very nice image.  Can you remember what time of teh year it was?

It was winter, taken from over near the Taronga Park Zoo.
It is quite wierd there. You actually get all jungly types of sounds
