Hi Howard,
Beautiful and peaceful shot.
It is just a bit pixelated.
Your image is 800p x but only 39kb, so you will get away with cranking it up. Looks like you might have saved at around level 5 compression.
You can probably save at a higher resolution - 600 to 800px along the longest edge, 72dpi and level 8 or 9, should give you an image of from 130 to 160 kb in colour and less for black and whites.
