Double click on the image anywhere and again and again! unbelievable!!

The other amazing thing is, that work was done with a Canon G9 P&S... Shocked...Ben

Incredible.  I must check if it will work withmy little Canon P&S - can't remember its model #, it only gets used for cat photos occasionally and I was thinking of selling it.  Hhhmmm . . . .

I'd like a DSLR one though.

Unbelieveable clarity for the size of the image.  You only need to take one shot and go home.  Have a look at the size of the lenses on the cameras on the scaffolding. I want one!

Not quite...Here is the photographer's write-up of the procedure...And I made an error above, he actually used a Canon G10, not a G9, but still a P&S...The panorama is stitched together from 220 separate photos...An amazing job...Ben

20 years ago as a young man I was part of Big Brother. I proudly served in the U.S. Navy as a Crytologic Technician. In 1989 we went to Panama to remove the dictator Noriega, and I personally saw photos of the dictator taken from a satelite that was so clear, you could read the name on his uniform.
With the technology available today, I am sure the staff at big brother could count the nose hairs.

If you have a close enough look at the photos you can see some pretty serious stitching issues ... in the further out shots you cant really see it tho !

Time is like a freeway of infinite lanes, all leading from the past to the future. A driver in lane A may crash, while a driver in lane B survives, it follows that by changing lanes one may be able to predict the future.

oh, I am really amazed at that photo. How could you take it. He looks handsome in that photos. I believe that he would be able to make the economy of USA developing in the future. Anyway, he is better than G.W.Bush, the person who always loves wars.
