dose any one know anything about these islands.
In my house we take it in turns to pick a Holiday destination this year it's hilda's turn and this is where she has chosen.
But the only thing i can find on internet is the usual tourist things.
I think those of you who have seen my pics will know I DONT DO TOURIST.
 i want something to clime or somewhere to walk, hay i'm even taking swimming lessons so i can go swimming on holiday at last.

I could give you some interesting info on the Canaries, The Azores or Maderia ... but not Cape Verdi Sad

The fingal one is way too close for comfort - we regularly take our dogs there as it is an off leash area!!! Thankfully our little mutts cant go much more than ankle deep!!!!!!!  Grin Grin

I used to go surfing down Fingal all the time ... I havent surfed there for a while now ... and I think it will be a VERY long time before I go surfing down there again Smiley
