That Holiday Glow

http://www.lightartforum.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=1092

I was sitting with my daughter by my side and we were just looking at the tree so I decided to take a shot.

This is what the holiday season means to me.  Being with my family in our own wee house within the seemingly warm glow that a Christmas tree's lights gives out.

Sometimes we get wrapped up with the commercial side of Christmas but it's such a joy to spend it with the ones you love.

Merry Christmas Everyone!!

That's the one, Tommy.  Warwick and I don't have anyfamily/kids but our (now 5) cats, but we enjoy the day quietly with them (after they've finished destroying the wrapping paper!).

Good on you Tommy!

You have the feel of Christmas there, and with those close to you.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.

Well Tommy,
You have a winner there. You alone rose up from the couch and pressed the button!
You got a couple of commments and votes, which qualifies you as the December theme challenge winner.

The prize: If you would like to forward the original full res file of a favourite image, we will create a 16x20 or 16x24 inch (depending on your sensor format) quality print enlargement. We'll also give the image a bit of TLC in photoshop to bring out its best qualities.
I will make enquiries with my printer as to the logistics of of forwarding by Post, otherwise I'll suss out someone more local to you.
Just PM me or email to admin@... with the file and your postal address.
As always, your file will only be used for this purpose. Congratulations!

Beware of the power of 'The Star' Tommy. Many have succumbed to its power of fame and notoriety. To ensure absolute safety and privacy for your family you must now de-list your home phone number, consider moving to a new county swap cloths with your wife and wear a wig.  Wink
