Suggestion for a monthly challenge: 24 hours

While not totally original, I as thinking about an ongoing challenge where on a given day of each month, say the first, every one  attempts to make an image within the same 24 hour period. A kind of "Day in the life" homage.

We are spread far and wide with a wide variety of influences, possibly a loosely documentary image or series of up to three with a few words.
What do you think?

That's a great idea - will make us actually pick up camera and sally forth.  I like it!

Not sure that we need any motivation to take the cameras out for a spin, but to see them coming together from far and wide would be fantastic! Maybe as an extension of this idea, have a themed gallery for a month (in addition to the challenges) for say sunrise/sunset etc etc!
