Its good the way you have moved to avoid the big blue pole being in the middle of the frame.
Just give the photo a small crop and the ladies will stand out even more.
Good colours, this would have been a hard subject to get exposure right because of the men in the white and you have managed to not blow them out (the highlights I mean) !

I agree, nice exposure. Its a pity that the blokes are holding there instruments up so high as it
blocks the view of some of there faces. But its not really a problem and can't really be helped.
The third lady from the left looks like she has the black metal light hanger thingy on the pole sticking
out of her head, maybe this could be cloned out. At first glance I thought it was part of her headwear.
