This is a really good photo, I like the way the cake is in focus and the hands are out of focus but you can still see enough detail to make out some of the finer detail of the dress and ring etc. The B+W really suits this photo as well. Did you have the opportunity to shoot a photo with the opposite focus as well (focus on the hands with cake out of focus) ? They would look good in a side by side type frame if you did !
