If everyone will please raise their glass, it is Martini time....

Okay so Monday will be my first day as a full time photographer. (I had to pick a day to call it official)  I was hired by the United Way to shoot a charity golf tournament on Monday. I have engagement shoots this weekend, but that doesn't count as Monday will be my first "real" day.

Congrats! The toughest part of retirement is remembering that it's OK to say no when you just don't want to do what you're asked... Cool...Ben

I hope all goes well for you. Now you can take the time to sit back and reflect on your life and enjoy
the rest of it a bit more. Though being a full time photographer, you may not get to much rest.
Anyway, enjoy your freedom and most of all, HAVE FUN doing it.

Something of a dichotomy to be retired and a photographer  Wink

Well I have been busy and yet having a blast. Life has blessed me to this point, and hopefully it will continue. As I near my 39th brithday in a couple of weeks, I cannot ask for much. Although, wouldn't you know that I have a shoot scheduled the night of my birthday.
One of the best things is that I do not have to fight the daily grind. I can take the photo jobs that I want, and that is priceless.

I thank you all for the toast.....
